Agreement

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of either  www.beautifulbreak.com or  www.beautifulbreak.co.uk.
2. By accessing either of these websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Introduction

1. This website is owned and operated by Beautifulbreak Ltd.
2. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.

Choose your break

1. Your contact is with Beautifulbreak Ltd, either via phone or online. We will arrange ,or you can choose the various package as displayed on the website. Bookings are on request and will be confirmed, subject to availability, within 24h pending receipt of confirmation by the suppliers. Before the booking is confirmed and a contract comes into existence we reserve the right, to increase/decrease published online/printed prices.
2. Our acceptance of an order takes place after we have received your payment. Confirmation of this acceptance will be sent to you.
3. We may refuse to accept an order:
          (a) where arrangements are not available;
          (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
          (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
          (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Website accuracy

1. We rigorously check the accuracy of our information supplied on our website. In addition to our personal site inspections we relay heavily on information provided by the suppliers. If we have, through our own experience, or by having been informed by the suppliers, been made aware of changes to the transportation, property, treatment, etc we will ensure that our website is updated to reflect the new information. We will also make sure your are aware of any known changes when you reach us via call center or email. If we are not aware of changes, however, we can not be held liable/responsible for any such changes.

Pricing

1. All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.
2. All prices shown are valid per person per individual arrangement. Upgrades to arrangements can be made and will be charged to the customer.
3. In today's global economy, currency fluctuations, fuel price changes are frequent and unpredictable. We do our best to keep our prices constant as published. From time to time we may have to adjust our pricing to reflect significant currency changes, transportation companies imposed fuel surcharges and other unforeseen charges. Beautifulbreak strives to have all its prices on the web site updated and accurate. When you have accepted and paid the price and the booking is confirmed, your price is guaranteed with the exception of charges outside of our control, i.e. taxes and compulsory charges introduced after your booking is confirmed but payment is mandatory.

Cancellation and return policy

1. Notify us by email to info@beautifulbreak.com.
2. If you wish to cancel your order, the following conditions apply:
   (a) 29 - 56 days before arrival = 50 % of the price will apply as cancellation charge
   (b) 22 - 28 days before arrival = 80 % of the price will apply as cancellation charge
   (c) 15 - 21 days before arrival = 90 % of the price will apply as cancellation charge
   (d) 14 days or less before arrival = 100 % of the price will apply as cancellation charge
   (e) In resort = 100% of the price will apply as cancellation charge
   Note: You may be able to make a claim under your travel insurance policy if your cancellation falls within the conditions of the policy. Insurance premiums are not refundable.
3. Changes to arrangements may not always be possible. Beautifulbreak Ltd. endeavour to satisfy all requests however do not guarantee them.
4. Special requirements e.g. ground floor room etc, can be requested but are not guaranteed.
5. Any charges to confirmed agreements will incurs a £ 15 administration charge. Please note any changes made to existing agreements are subjected to current rates and availability at the time the change is made.

Events out of our control 

1. We can not take responsibility or liability to pay any compensation in the case of "force majeur" whereby package obligations on our behalf, either direct or via our agent responsibility can not be met. Force majeur under this condition means any event which we or the suppliers for whom we are the agent could, not even with every possible care, foresee resulting in not meeting the obligations. Such events may include but are not limited to war, threat of war, civil unrest, terrorist activity or threat, natural disaster, fire and similar occurrenes outside our control. 

Travel Insurance

1. We advise you to take out travel insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase, meets your particular needs.

Health/medical requirements

1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary immunization, health documents for entry into countries outside the United Kingdom.

Passport and travel documents

1. Travelling to places outside the United Kingdom may require the possession of valid passports, appropriate entry Visas and health documents. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the proper and valid documentation. Beautifulbreak can not accept any responsibility should you be denied access into a country. If failure to have any necessary travel or other documents result to fines, cost, cancellation charges, or any other penalties imposed to Beautifulbreak, you will be responsible to reimburse those charges to Beautifulbreak.

 Travel advisories

1. If the Foreign Office issues and advisory that people should not travel to a particular country/region, we will act on this and reserve the right to cancel your booking. In case of such a cancellation a full refund will be issued to you subject to receiving such refund from the suppliers. We will make every effort to ensure that all paid funds are recovered, however we can not be held responsible/liable if such funds can not be recovered.

Curtailment

1. In the event that you cut short your holiday and return home early, we regret that we are unable to offer you any refund for the remainder of your holiday not completed, or assist with any associated costs you may incur. Depending on the circumstances, your travel insurance may offer cover for curtailment and we suggest that any claim is made directly with them.

Competitions and Prizes

1. From time to time Beautifulbreak Limited will run competitions, free prize draws and promotions on this website. These are subject to additional terms that will be made available at the time.

Licence

1. You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis:
         (a) no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;
         (b) no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text;  
2. No part of this Website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission. 

Service Access

1. While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. 
2. Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. 

Privacy Policy

1. The information that you provide about yourself to Beautifulbreak Limited will only be used by Beautifulbreak Limited in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy does not apply to third party sites.

Registration

1. To register with Beautifulbreak Limited  you must be over eighteen years of age.
2. Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.
3. Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.
4. We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
